Potential of a Day

Potential of a Day

An engineer had figured out that with a 5-Kg. bar of iron, you could make various things:

Nails, which would net you $10; needles, which would gain you $3,000; and watch springs, which would bring $250,000.

Each day has the same raw material. What you make depends on you.

Sad Apple

Sad Apple

Cardinal Roncalli at a state dinner was assigned as partner to a young countess who wore an extremely low-cut gown. He showed his displeasure by ignoring her until late in the meal when he peeled an apple and offered it to her. Highly flattered, she gushed “I do so thank you Eminence. To what do I owe this gracious attention?”

Hardly noticing her, he replied, “After Eve ate the apple, she realized how little clothing she had on.”

Honesty

Honesty

Dr. Madison Sarratt, who taught mathematics at Vanderbilt University for many years, before giving a test, would admonish his class something like this: “Today, I am giving two examinations—one in trigonometry and one in honesty. I hope you will all pass them both. If you must fail one, fail trigonometry. There are many people in the world who can’t pass trig, but there is no one who can’t pass the examination of honesty.”

Secret To Success 3

Become perfect

perfection-flower

Yes, you read it right. This is not your eyes playing tricks with you, what you see above is true—Become perfect.

“Impossible!” some might say, they might even call this blasphemy, but if the phrase “You must be perfect as your Father in Heaven is perfect” does not sound familiar to you, you need to know that it was Jesus who gave this commandment. It does not even matter if your religion is different; the concept of perfection has always been present on the teachings of most religions or denomination.

            “But, nobody’s perfect!”.

This belief has without a doubt been poisoning the world for a long time now, spreading like a deadly virus on an outbreak. Come to think of it, if every people in the world would say that nobody is perfect… then how can we be perfect? It is like concluding something would not work even before you try it. The phrase “nobody is perfect” has been exploited so many times that is serves as an excuse for people who neglects doing their best in what they do.

Take for example a student. You would know beforehand who would get the perfect score in the exam through a student’s mindset. The student who believes he can perfect the exam would give more effort in studying. He would ensure that he does not miss every single bit of information discussed and even go beyond what was taught by the teacher. At this rate, he has a chance to perfect the exam. However, the student who believes that it is impossible to perfect such an exam would have a rare-to-no chance of achieving a perfect score. Usually, this mindset comes from students that fail.

This does not mean that the writers of this article are perfect, but we believe we can be, so we strive to be perfect. If you think you will fail, there is a great chance that you will. If you feel you had a lot of mistakes in the past, do not give up; for as long as you are alive, there is still chance.

Perfection is the key. You must always strive to be perfect. We are God’s creation, his children, created in his own likeness. With that fact, we are capable of becoming perfect.

What does it mean to be perfect? How is this possibe? And most importantly, how can we do it?

Secret To Success 2

The Law of Attraction

Everything that is coming into your life is a result of what you are attracting into your life. It is attracted into you by virtue of the images you are holding in your mind, what you are thinking. You see, whatever is going on in your mind, you are attracting it to you. Wise people have always known that ever since the ancient times. Why do you think that 1% of the population earns around 96% of all the money that is being earned? Do you think that’s an accident? That’s no accident, it is designed that way. They understand something, they understand the secret—the law of attraction.

Think of yourself as a magnet for success.

Hold on to the thoughts of what you want and make the vision absolutely clear in your mind. You become what you think about most and you also attract what you think about most. If you can see it in your mind, you can achieve it.

You can sum it up in three words… “Thoughts become things.” Every thought has a frequency and so if you are thinking that thought over and over again or if you are imagining it in your mind—having that brand new car, having the money that you need, building your own company, creating school for the poor, or giving home to the homeless—if you imagine what that looks like, you are admitting that frequency on a consistent basis. See yourself living in abundance… and you will attract them. It always works; it works all the time with every person.

Here is the problem, most people think about what they don’t want and they are wondering why it shows up over and over and over again (like debts or misfortunes). The law of attraction does not care whether you perceive something to be good or bad, whether you don’t want it or you do want it—it is responding to your thoughts. If you are sitting over there thinking about a mountain of debt feeling terrible about it, that’s the signal you are putting out to the universe. You are just affirming it to yourself, you feel it in every level of your being—and that’s what you are going to get more.

The law of attraction is obedient. When you think of the things that you want and you focus on it, with all of your intention… the law of attraction will give you what you want, every time. This is not on the point of view of just wishful thinking some imaginary craziness. This is in a form of a deeper basic understanding.

When you focus on the things you don’t want (I don’t wanna be late, I don’t wanna be late!), you really are calling that into existence. The law of attraction does not hear that you don’t want it, and it’s going to show up over and over again.

The law of attraction manifests the things you are thinking. Try to focus your thoughts into what you want to achieve and you will get it. Success is all around us, all you got to do is open your eyes and look. Studies show that an affirmative thought is hundreds of times more powerful than a negative thought, so do not be afraid if you currently have lots of negative thoughts in your life. There is still time. Remember, the law attraction applies to everyone.

Secret To Success 1

God is your business partner and you are a stock holder of his company

partner

Perhaps this is the most important law on being successful. You have to know that God has entrusted you to be his partner. Therefore, failure is not an option. Every single move you make must be according to plan and each must be in an effort to benefit both of you. Whatever line of work you have or whatever you intend of doing, you must ALWAYS ask yourself if God would be happy of your plan. It must always be aligned according to his will and make sure that you always pray for its success. God knows whatever you are attempting to do and if you would only follow him, he can lead you to a better life.

Do not be deceived by people telling you that God is not part of their success and they enjoy life without him. Think of them as employees of a substandard company who will soon run out of business. Do not forget that God is the owner of all creation and we, as his children, are the inheritors.

All of creation belongs to him and he is willing to share them to those whom he knows would utilize them well. Make him know that you deserve it, do not be greedy, selfish, and materialistic—do not let God take it all away from you. If you are a student, study as if God has placed everything in your hands and he is expecting you to be the future of his company.

Man is God’s highest creation because we have the ability to utilize and develop the rest of his creation. It is natural for us to dominate and enjoy God’s blessings because God intended for us to do so. So the next time somebody tries to bring you down and you feel like everything is against you, do not forget that God is your partner and you simply cannot fail.

The Success Guidebook

An Invitation To Success

ribbonedinvitation

If you are planning to be successful (or more successful) whether if it’s about business, studies, or on life as a whole, this guide is an essential tool. This is a collection of the most effective and valuable success secrets in the planet and it is presented as a list of what you MUST know and MUST do in order for you to get the success that you’ve always wanted. It might sound like dictatorship, but if you are serious about getting success, you must follow a strict leader to lead your life to triumph—and that leader is YOU. That means, learning to discipline yourself is a necessity. Just like how we need air to live, success needs discipline—without it, it will surely die. If you are the type that likes to slack off and have it easy, you are not going to make it. If you just rely on luck, then I need to break it to you early—the world does not work that way.  Luck is good, but it would only mean something when you put effort on it.

If you are interested in being successful, that is a good sign, but if you are serious about it, that is a good start. Some of the things you will encounter here might be hard to accept at first, but once you have learned to accept them—success will always follow. Having an open mind means opening yourself for growth and development, not being stuck to what you already know.

Feel free to read the following guides and contemplate on it. Do not focus on just one of them as they are all essential.

And it should be stressed enough that it is not enough for you to know them, embodiment is the key.

Greed and Envy

Greed and Envy

sins_greed

A businessman overtook two travelers. One was greedy and the other was jealous. When they came to the parting of ways, the merchant said he wanted to give them a parting gift. Whoever made a wish first would have his wish fulfilled, but the other man would get a double portion of what the first had asked for.

Each waited and waited for the other fellow to wish first. Finally, the greedy man took the envious man by throat and threatened to choke him unless he made his wish. So the envious man said, “All right. I wish to be blind in one eye.”

At once he lost the sight of one eye, while his companion lost both.

The Need for Struggle

emperor-moth

The Need for Struggle

A man found a cocoon of the emperor moth and took it home to watch it emerge. One day a small opening appeared, and for several hours the moth struggled, but couldn’t seem to force its body past a certain point.

Deciding something was wrong, the man took a pair of scissors and snipped the remaining bit of cocoon. The moth emerged easily, its body large and swollen, the wings small and shriveled.

He expected that in a few hours, the wings would spread out in their natural beauty, but they did not. Instead of developing into a creature free to fly, the moth spent its life dragging around a swollen body and shriveled wings.

The constricting cocoon and the struggle necessary to pass through the tiny opening are God’s way of forcing fluid from the body into the wings. The “merciful” snip was, in reality, cruel.

Sometimes, the struggle is exactly what we need.
